About the website and books
The Dutch for Doctors website and books are intended for informational and educational purposes, especially for dentists who want to learn Dutch.
Purpose and liability
The content of the website and books is intended for educational use only. Copying or using materials for personal purposes is not allowed. Violation may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to texts, images, logos and other content of the website and books belong to Dutch for Doctors. Use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Links to other websites
Dutch for Doctors is not responsible for the content of external websites that are accessible via links on our site. Creating a hyperlink to our website is only allowed with prior written consent.
Privacy Policy
Information that users provide to Dutch for Doctors is treated as confidential and not shared with third parties.
About the lessons
Class schedule and location
Lessons are pre-arranged via WhatsApp or phone and take place online via Zoom.
Group and private lessons
When there is a high demand, groups are put together. If a group lesson is not possible, individual training is offered. Both options have the same price and content.
Course duration and breaks
Each lesson lasts 45 minutes, with a 15-minute break afterwards. A maximum of three lessons per day are allowed.
Books and assignments
The use of our books during class is mandatory. All writing assignments must be fully completed to improve writing skills, essential for BIG registration.
Notes and vocabulary
Teachers take notes and translate them into English if necessary. New words, especially dental terms, should be learned after class.
Criticism and Feedback
Our feedback is intended to improve your language skills. Do not take this personally, but as support to work successfully in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Trial lesson
A free 15-minute trial lesson is available to discuss our method and terms.
Payment and book delivery
Lessons and books must be paid in advance. Books are shipped within 6-14 days to a specified address within the EU. Shipping costs: €20, -.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel lessons up to 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or SMS. Stopping halfway does not entitle you to a refund.
Learning outcomes
The success of the course depends on your commitment. We offer guidance, but the learning process is in your hands.
Book separate lessons with Dutch for Doctors
Do you not want to take a full language course, but would you rather book separate lessons? That's possible! Contact us and we will discuss the options together. Please note that our language teacher is not always available for separate lessons due to language courses.
Cancellation of appointments
Do you want to change an appointment? This is possible, provided you indicate this in time. Cancelling a lesson must be done at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or SMS to +31 6 230 6 211 0.
Terms and changes
Dutch for Doctors reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. The latest terms and conditions take effect immediately after publication on our website.
